Gregg T. Johnson - Founder & PresidentGregg Johnson is Lead Pastor of The Mission Church where he has served for over thirty years. Ordained with the Assemblies of God, Pastor Gregg also serves as Executive Presbyter for the Eastern Region of the Assemblies of God New York Ministry Network. In that capacity, he acts as leadership coach and consultant to the pastors and churches in the Eastern Region of New York State.
In 2001, Gregg founded and became keynote speaker of Global Leadership Training, an organization providing ministry coaching and leadership training conferences to church, civic and corporate leaders throughout Africa, India, Cuba, Canada and the United States. These conferences have been endorsed and attended by such leaders as Ghana’s President, and Vice President, and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the Mayor of Kigali, Rwanda, the Governor of Kampala, Uganda as well as Assemblies of God General Superintendents of Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Rwanda, Cuba and other denominational leaders. Pastor Gregg Johnson has authored numerous books on leadership and personal development including, Pressure Points, Upward: Taking Your Life to the Next Level, How the Mighty Have Fallen, The Trust of Leadership, The Character of Leadership, Raising the Standard of Leadership, Second Chair Leadership, Ethics for Church Leaders, and Conflict, Crisis and Change. Charles Mulema Kinusu - East Africa CoordinatorPastor Charles Mulema has served as East Africa Coordinator for Global Leadership Training since 2001. Under his coordination, GLT has expanded throughout Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and India.
Pastor Charles is the founder and Senior Pastor of Nairobi Gospel Centre International and founder of Gospel Centres International. For 18 years he was employed in the Kenya Revenue Authority where he served rising through the ranks to the position of an Assistant Commissioner of Customs from where he left for fulltime service at NGCI Church. Pastor Charles was among the founders of the Assemblies of Christ Evangelical Holiness Church, where his ministry career began serving as the General Secretary of ACEHC for 29 years. Presently under his leadership Nairobi Gospel Centre Int. has grown to an attendance of over 2000 people meeting every Sunday. As well, Gospel Centres International has planted numerous churches throughout Kenya and is expanding the gospel across East Africa. Stephen Wengam - West Africa CoordinatorRev. Dr. Stephen Wengam is the General Superintendent of the Ghana Assemblies of God and serves as Lead Pastor of Cedar Mountain Chapel (Assemblies of God, Ghana International Church) in East Legon in Accra. He is married to Monica and has two children.
Dr. Wengam also serves as West Africa Coordinator for Global Leadership Training. Under his coordination, GLT has gained significant status in West Africa drawing the endorsement of the President of Ghana, the Chief Justice of Ghana’s Supreme Court, various media outlets, corporations and denominational leaders. Pastor Wengam holds a BSc. Administration (Marketing) from the University of Ghana, Diploma in Theology from the Northern Bible College, Diploma in Clinic Christian Counseling, and a Masters in Theology from the International Theological Seminary, USA. Rev. Dr. Stephen Wengam is the host of Citi FM early morning Christian program, dubbed “This is Your Day.” which is a family morning devotion program dedicated to giving listeners a positive head-start into the day. Gloria Khaemba - East Africa Executive Assistant CoordinatorRev. Gloria Khaemba is an adjunct faculty member at Kenya Assemblies of God (KAG) EAST University from 2011 to present, and National Director for Assemblies of God, Global University Kenya Office.
She is married to Philip Muloma, an ordained KAG minister serving as Associate Pastor at International Christian Center (ICC), Imara, Nairobi Kenya. They have two daughters, Blessed and Hope. Rev. Gloria was born in a Christian family where both parents were KAG pastors pioneering churches in Western Kenya. Having lost both her parents to tragic deaths at a young age, Gloria was born-again at 13 years old and received a call to ministry while in her second year of secondary school. She began in leadership as Chairperson of the Christian Union in 1997 and served in that position until graduating from high school. After joining Bible School in 2001 and earning her undergraduate degree in 2005, Rev. Gloria served as Children’s Pastor at KAG New Beginning Garden Christian Centre and then at International Christian Center, Imara from 2015 to present day. She also works alongside her husband Philip in the discipleship and visitation departments. Rev.
